Try Mary Ellen’s fabulous Lemon Drop Fizz! One of the best lemonade drinks you’ll ever have!!
You will need:
Highball glass
Ice cubes
Skyy Citrus Vodka (I keep mine in the freezer!!!)
Your favorite powdered lemonade mix
(I like Country Time)
Whole fresh lemon
Chilled plain seltzer
Fresh mint for garnish
For each drink:
Using the scoop that comes in the lemonade mix, put a little less than one scoop in the glass. Pour in one shot of frozen vodka. Cut one wedge of lemon, squeeze into glass and put wedge in glass. Stir until powder and vodka are blended. An iced tea spoon works great! Fill glass about 3/4 full with seltzer. Give it another quick stir. Add ice cubes and garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint.
